Regardless of your riding style, mountain trail riding is open to everyone: beginners or experienced riders, adults and children, horses of all breeds and sizes, young horses from 1 year old. It can be practiced on foot or on horseback and helps develop the horse's confidence, calmness, concentration, and honesty.
