"Ranch" means "Prairie Farm." "Harmony" is what I seek in my relationship with horses. I'm Sophie, a horse enthusiast since childhood, and today I'm eager to share my experience with those who wish to learn to communicate with this sensitive animal and thus experience special moments. With Ranch Harmonie, I wanted to create a welcoming place where people can recharge in nature, reconnect with themselves through the animals, and enjoy riding through the activities I love: Western riding, mountain trail riding, groundwork (ethology), animal-assisted therapy...
In Longuesse in the Val d'Oise (95), in the heart of the French Vexin, come and experience unique moments with horses and ponies in this place open to all: children, adults, beginners, curious people or experienced riders.
At Ranch Harmonie, we deeply believe in an authentic relationship between humans and horses. Here, there is no performance or coercion: we favour a gentle approach, based on listening, understanding and respect for the animal.
Here, we practice groundwork and mountain trail riding, the foundations of a strong connection with the horse, and Western riding, to learn to communicate simply with your mount in a relaxed atmosphere. You can discover horses and riding or progress through individual sessions or small group lessons. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy rides throughout the year: on horseback, on ponies for younger children, or in a horse-drawn carriage. Everything takes place outdoors to be as close as possible to nature and the magnificent landscapes of the Île-de-France region, just one hour from Paris!

Longuesse is located in the Val d'Oise (95), and Ranch Harmonie is easily accessible from Cergy, Pontoise, Marines, Magny-en-Vexin, and even Paris (just 45 minutes away). Many riders join us from the Yvelines, the Oise, and throughout the Île-de-France region to enjoy our horseback riding excursions, our mountain trail course, and our riding lessons.
