Pony Lessons

Pony Lessons
At Ranch Harmonie, pony activities are designed as moments of discovery, learning and fun for children.
Through the lessons, the youngest children progress at their own pace in a natural, calm and caring environment, developing their equestrian skills and their relationship with the animal: they learn to take care of the pony, to respect it and to gain autonomy and confidence.
Here, the diversity of activities is central to learning. Sessions can vary according to preferences, the weather, and educational objectives:
Outdoor lessons: to gradually learn how to lead your pony in nature during educational rides.
Horse-drawn carriage rides: to discover another approach to ponies
Vaulting: to develop balance and confidence
Mountain trails and groundwork: learning to understand and communicate with your pony
Because children can learn to care for and ride ponies from a very young age, Ranch Harmonie offers lessons adapted for them. Having previously worked as a riding instructor at a pony club, I want to introduce young children to horseback riding with an approach that focuses more on the relationship with the animal than on the sport itself.
